As a life-long New Yorker I’ve been riding the subway for a long time—and I’ve seen everything: breakdancers, candy pushers, subway preachers.
And in recent years, I’ve noticed that the talent of subway preachers has really gone down.
It’s sad. Whether they’re riding the express or local, these subway preachers aren’t converting anyone.
I’m sorry, but the fact of the matter is God is just not sending His best. Whether it’s on the A-train, the R, or the L (when it’s running).
I don’t know who God’s casting director is—but they need to be fired immediately.
They’re doing more harm to His brand than good. So much in fact that I think some of them are working for the Devil.
I see the same thing happening in politics. Which, for lots of people, has become religion.
